How to invest in the Cooperative
Any person, Swiss or foreign, be it an individual, a legal entity, a community, an institution of public law with legal personality, may apply for admission as a member of the Cooperative.
The subscription and legal forms can be downloaded directly using the links below according to the type of investor you are thereby declaring that you accept the Cooperative’s statutes without reservation.
The Board of Directors ultimately decides on the acceptance of new members’ applications, which is thereafter validated and entered into the register of members once the payment has been registered in full.
The Board of Directors may make the admission conditional on other conditions or refuse the admission without giving reasons.
The number of associates is not limited.

The steps
Subscription
An investor becomes an associate of ONE CREATION by purchasing a minimum of one share at least (CHF 10,000).
1 associate = 1 vote
Investors wishing to subscribe to the ONE CREATION cooperative may be individuals, institutions, NGOs, companies, or family offices.
Investment
ONE CREATION invests in listed, unlisted companies and infrastructure projects in the following areas: environmental biology and chemistry, energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, ecological materials, renewable energies, environmental consulting, water management, waste management.
Revenues
The revenues received by ONE CREATION are derived from the economic activities of the companies and not from the financial management of their cash flow.
Dividends
ONE CREATION’s associates obtain, in the medium and long term, a stable to increasing income from the returns on its investments.
