Board of Directors
The Cooperative is administered by a Board of Directors composed of at least three, but no more than nine members, the majority of whom are chosen from among the members. The directors are elected by the General Assembly for three years and can be re-elected immediately. The Board has the legal responsibility for the Cooperative and for all decisions regarding the acquisition of shareholdings or similar.
ONE CREATION decides on the allocation of its share capital through its Board of Directors, which is the legal guarantor. The latter is elected in accordance with the Articles of Association by the General Meeting of the Cooperative.
The Board of Directors makes all decisions relating to the commitments of ONE CREATION’s share capital in the various companies or infrastructures.
