Public Authorities
Any person, Swiss or foreign, natural or legal person or community or institution under public law with legal personality, may apply for admission as a member of the Cooperative by completing and duly signing the share subscription form provided herewith and thereby declaring their unreserved acceptance of the Cooperative’s Articles of Association. The subscription form can be downloaded directly below according to the type of investor.
The Board of Directors shall decide on the application for membership, which shall be validated and entered in the register of members only after the payment has been duly and fully made.
The Board of Directors may make admission subject to further conditions or refuse admission without stating reasons.
The number of partners is not limited.
Why become a partner
The preservation of the environment is an important concern for public authorities. Becoming a partner means promoting environmentally friendly economic development and job creation.
Support the promotion of the expansion of environmental technologies as a response to the public’s expectation of financial accountability.
Several public authorities are signatories of the “Agenda 21” which provides 6 axes of commitment:
- Fight against global warming.
- Preservation of biodiversity.
- Respect for the environmental and social economy.
- International cooperation.
- Education for sustainable development.
ONE CREATION’s philosophy covers all these challenges. The current participation of several public authorities is a confirmation that it is possible to bring together all the actors of change and thus make it possible to mobilize resources through various means and a legal structure that respects the individual right, regardless of the conditions in which each person lives.
